I'm not extra fond of coffee, but this recipe is really good. I'm giving twice the sugar, though, cause it's bitter for me. It's still cold here so I pour warm milk over it in a cup so that it'll lightly mix and the tasty froth rises to the top. It's extra good that way. Also, I loved the little shot you made, it looked so nice!

Why instant coffee? Don't you wonder what is in that stuff to make it fluff up like that? Can this work with real brewed expresso? I wouldn't touch that instant coffee with a 10 foot pole.
